These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Even Level, operated by Plumbob Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Even Level, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, email us at support@evenlevel.com.
By accessing or using Even Level, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind the company or organization you're signing up on behalf of (if applicable), and will comply with all applicable laws. If accepting on behalf of a business, "you" refers to both you and that business.
Even Level is a B2B SaaS platform that helps trade contractors, restoration companies, and similar businesses manage accounts receivable and collections workflows. Features include QuickBooks Online invoice sync, email follow-up tools, SMS messaging, in-browser calling with call recording and transcription, AI-powered email drafting and account analysis, payment tracking and online payment collection, a customer-facing payment portal, digital signatures on estimates (see Section 7), and team management.
We may add, modify, or remove features over time. We'll give you at least 14 days' advance notice for significant changes that materially affect how you use the service, except where immediate changes are required for security, legal compliance, or third-party service modifications outside our control.
You agree to provide accurate information at signup, keep your password confidential, and notify us immediately at support@evenlevel.com of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your team members' use of the platform.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access. A valid credit card is required at signup. At the end of the trial, your card will be charged for the plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Even Level offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing at evenlevel.com. Monthly plans billed every 30 days; annual plans billed once per year at a discounted rate. All prices in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
In addition to subscription fees, certain features incur usage-based charges including outbound calling at $0.02 per minute and SMS messaging at $0.01 per message segment. Usage charges are tracked per organization and billed separately from your subscription. Current usage rates are displayed within the application and may be updated with 30 days advance notice.
Billing handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Email receipts sent for each charge. If payment fails, you'll have 14 days to update your payment method before your account may be suspended.
Cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support@evenlevel.com. Access continues through end of billing period.
At least 30 days' advance notice via email before any price change. Changes take effect at next renewal. Cancel before renewal if you disagree.
Use Even Level only for lawful business purposes. You will not:
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Your use of Even Level is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over your invoices, contacts, notes, or activity logs. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
End contacts are third-party individuals (such as your clients) whose contact information you manage within Even Level. You represent that you have the legal right to use and manage that information, and that any communications sent to end contacts comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
Even Level includes a digital signature feature for estimates and documents. By using this feature:
When you connect QuickBooks Online to Even Level, you authorize access via Intuit's OAuth API. Depending on features used, Even Level may read from and write to your QBO account — we will always clearly indicate within the product when an action writes to QuickBooks. You can revoke access anytime through QBO settings or within Even Level. Your use is also subject to Intuit's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.
Even Level uses artificial intelligence and large language model (LLM) technology to provide features including email draft generation, account summaries, pre-call briefs, post-call reviews, commitment extraction from call transcripts, and suggested next steps. By using these features:
Even Level includes in-browser calling with automatic call recording and AI-powered transcription. When you use this feature:
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding call recording, including obtaining any required consent from all parties to the call. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording a telephone conversation. Even Level does not provide consent on your behalf and does not determine which laws apply to your calls. Consult legal counsel if you are unsure of your obligations.
Even Level provides a customer-facing portal that allows your clients (end contacts) to:
Portal access is controlled by secure, time-limited tokens generated by your organization. You are responsible for determining which clients receive portal access links. Payment processing through the portal is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Even Level — including software, design, UI, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Plumbob Software LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
You own your data. Everything you bring into Even Level remains yours. We claim no license beyond what's needed to operate the service.
Feedback or suggestions you share give us the right to use them without compensation. We appreciate input even when we can't act on every idea.
Even Level is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumbob Software LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and accuracy of synced data. You use the service at your own risk.
Plumbob Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability will not exceed the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plumbob Software LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

We may suspend or terminate for ToS violations, non-payment (after the 14-day notice period), legal requirements, or fraud/abuse. We'll provide advance notice when possible.
Access ends at cancellation or end of billing period. Data retained 30 days then deleted. Sections covering IP, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Informal resolution first: Before filing any legal action, you agree to give us at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Email support@evenlevel.com with a description of the issue. We'll respond promptly and make a good-faith effort to resolve it. Either party may file suit if unresolved after 30 days.
Legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Updated Terms posted at evenlevel.com/terms. Material changes effective at least 14 days after notice by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Cancel before the effective date if you disagree.
