The problem we lived every day
I'm Chris Clever. I own Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, a restoration franchise with five locations across Texas and Oklahoma. In 2025, my business partner Jason Bohnet and I were named the Blue Kangaroo Packoutz Franchisees of the Year.
Running multiple restoration locations means managing hundreds of open invoices at any given time. Insurance carriers stall, supplements drag on, and invoices that should be paid in 30 days regularly stretch past 90. QuickBooks showed us who owed money. It never told us what to do about it, or made sure someone actually followed up.
Our collections process was a spreadsheet and a prayer. When our AR person was out sick, nothing happened. When someone left, the history went with them. We were leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table simply because follow-up was inconsistent.
So I built the tool I needed. Even Level connects to QuickBooks Online and adds everything missing from the AR workflow — automated follow-up sequences, AI-drafted emails, integrated calling with transcription, payment links, and a dashboard that shows you exactly where every dollar is and who is doing what about it.
The AI is what sets it apart. Before a call, your rep gets a brief with everything they need to know. After a call, the system transcribes it, summarizes the conversation, and extracts any commitments made. When it is time to send a follow-up email, AI drafts it based on the account history so your team spends time collecting, not composing.
I built Even Level for my own business first. Now I am building it for every restoration company and trade contractor dealing with the same problem.
