Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. A credit card is required at signup but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or email
support@evenlevel.com. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
What happens if I go over my user or QuickBooks company limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next plan. We don't charge overage fees, we just ask you to move to the plan that fits.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan includes a set number of users. No per-seat fees, no per-user add-ons.
Do you cap the number of invoices?
No. Unlimited invoices on every plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and ACH bank transfer via Stripe.
