What Even Level does
Even Level is an AI-powered AR and collections platform for trade contractors — restoration, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical. It connects to QuickBooks Online, pulls your open invoices, and adds everything your collections workflow needs: follow-up workflows, AI-drafted emails, browser calling with transcripts, SMS, Pay Now links, and a dashboard that shows you exactly where every dollar is.
QuickBooks shows you who owes money. Even Level makes sure someone actually follows up.
The app at a glance
- Dashboard — your landing page. Aging summary by bucket, total open AR, oldest invoice, the work you assigned yourself today.
- Invoices — every open and paid invoice. Filter by aging, status, assigned rep, location. This is where most collection work happens.
- Customers — one page per customer showing every invoice, every call, every email, every note. Open it before you pick up the phone.
- Workflows — automated follow-up flows. Enroll an invoice, and Even Level sends the right emails at the right time until the customer pays or replies.
- Reports — DSO, days-to-pay, rep productivity, workflow performance, lien tracking. Everything your weekly ops meeting needs.
Tip: The left sidebar stays the same everywhere. The top bar changes per page. When you feel lost, click the logo in the top left to get back to the dashboard.
Your first 15 minutes
- Connect QuickBooks — Settings → Integrations. See Connecting QuickBooks.
- Set up email — Settings → Email. Gmail OAuth is fastest. See Setting up email.
- Invite your team — Settings → Users. See Inviting your team.
- Work your first invoice — from the Dashboard, click the oldest invoice and run the AI-drafted follow-up. See Your first collection workflow.
Common questions
Does Even Level replace QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks stays your source of truth for invoices, payments, and the general ledger. Even Level sits on top of it to handle the collections workflow that QuickBooks does not.
Do I need technical skills to set this up?
No. The QuickBooks connection is a two-minute OAuth flow. Email is either a Google sign-in or pasting your SMTP credentials. We have customers who set everything up in under an hour without help.
How long until I see results?
Most customers send their first AI-drafted email within the first hour and have a payment come in within the first week — usually from an invoice that had been ignored for 60+ days.
