Send SMS from any customer record or invoice — the message attaches to the activity timeline just like email. Outbound SMS uses your org''s dedicated Twilio number if you have one (Growth plan or higher), or a shared system number as fallback.

Inbound replies route to the invoice''s assigned rep first, then to active collections reps, then to org admins. Notifications go via email and optionally SMS to the rep''s personal cell (set on their Profile page).
