Even Level does browser calling via Twilio. Click the Call button on an invoice or customer, Even Level reads your mic, and the phone rings through.
Before the call connects you see an AI pre-call brief — one paragraph with the numbers you need: balance, oldest invoice age, last payment, last contact. During the call you have a mute toggle and a keypad (for IVRs that ask you to press 1). After you hang up, Even Level transcribes and summarizes automatically; edit the summary and save it to the activity timeline.
