Workflows are the closest thing Even Level has to a collections co-worker. Pick a workflow (or build your own), enroll an invoice, and Even Level sends the right emails at the right time until the customer pays or replies.

The default Standard AR Follow-Up workflow runs: a friendly reminder at day 0, a firmer follow-up at day 7, a call task at day 14, an urgent notice at day 21, and an automatic status flip to in-collections at day 30. Edit it or build your own from Workflows → New.

Replies auto-pause the workflow by default — when a customer writes back, Even Level stops sending and notifies the assigned rep (you) so you can engage directly. Turn off pause-on-reply per-workflow if you have a final-notice workflow that needs to keep running.
